Workshop B

BRISBANE: 11 SEPTEMBER
MELBOURNE: 18 SEPTEMBER
PERTH: 18 SEPTEMBER
SYDNEY: 25 SEPTEMBER
Toxic workplace behaviours and psychosocial risks are no longer just cultural issues – they are serious legal and reputational risks governed by WHS laws and Fair Work obligations. From bullying and psychological injury claims to return-to-work disputes and dysfunctional teams, HR teams must manage these issues with care, consistency and compliance.
This practical, case-study-based workshop walks you through a real-world scenario involving unsafe behaviours, psychological harm and legal escalation. You will work through the case study step by step, identify legal missteps and develop a response strategy that meets your obligations. You'll also receive ready-to-use template letters and documents to strengthen your documentation and reduce risk in similar situations.
You’ll have the chance to pressure-test your current practices, raise real workplace scenarios and get a second opinion on the psychosocial risks and behavioural issues you're currently managing.
